Chamoy sauce is a Mexican condiment made from ingredients that represent a variety of flavors that combine perfectly together: sweet dried apricots, spicy chile, salty Tajín, and sour hibiscus.

Li Hing Mui originated from the Guangdong Providence (South China) and means "traveling plum." It is very popular in Hawaii, where Emerson's Daddy was born and raised. 🌺 🏖 Li Hing powder is made with ground plum skin that has previously been pickled and combined with licorice, red food coloring, salt, sugar, and aspartame. 

We combine the candy with sauce and then coat in powder before freeze drying.
